Horseshoe Bay Resort has a range of units and cabins for you to choose from for your stay, along with some of the best caravan sites that you will find in the Whitsundays.
Our Units and Cabins sleep between 3 and 7 people depending on the cabin you book and are perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our spacious powered caravan sites are only a short stroll from the beach, pool area, facilities and amenities.

Caravan and Camping Sites – powered sites only
All sites are powered and in a bush setting. Sites vary in size with some able to take a coach. Sites with spectacular water views are numbered and very popular… get in quick for these.

Bookings Terms and Policies
GUEST REGISTRATION:
Primary guest must complete a guest registration document either online or at Reception for all persons staying within the Resort.
SECURITY DEPOSITS:
A security deposit is required for a confirmed booking equal to one night’s accommodation/site for a short-term booking, or a week’s accommodation/site for a longer-term booking.
During the months of June to September each year, reservations on powered sites at the discretion of Management a deposit or full payment will apply on short term bookings.
Full payment is due for whole period booked upon check in.
CANCELLATIONS:
Less than 30 days’ notice prior to arrival forfeits deposit / or During the months of June to September each year on powered sites should a reservation be cancelled/amended the site will be required to be re-booked prior to a refund being processed.
Guests cancelling due to travel restrictions will have the option to change the date of their booking or accept a credit valid for up to 3 months or an extension at the Manager’s discretion may be granted. If you are unable to use this credit within the time frame you can transfer the credit to another guest or the deposit will be forfeited.
Any difference in booking value will need to be paid.
REFUNDS:
We do not refund if you simply change your mind or you make a wrong selection.
NO refunds for early check out.
BOOKINGS:
Held until 17.00PM, a non-arrival or no notification of late arrival will result in your total amount of your accommodation/site being charged in full.
If you anticipate arriving late ensure that you notify us beforehand of expected arrival time.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY PERIODS:
Minimum booking requirements, non-refundable, non-transferable deposits apply to Easter and Christmas bookings.
Full payment for these periods is required one month prior to check in.
Two night minimum stay apply for School Holidays and Public Holidays (except for Easter and Christmas)
